What about prices of medicine, I am a diabetic who has made poor choices and have hep c, I have low risk to be sick but still have the disease so I am excluded from coverage and the medicine is extremely expensive, I can still pass it on, the medicine can get rid of hep c at a 90-99% cure rate, why not terminate this disease all together so the risk is dissolved all together
