The filming of the Versel–Bush annual interview at HiMSS 2015. What a trip!

A highlight of the annual HIMSS meeting is the annual Versel-Bush interview by well known health journalist, Neil Versel of MedCity News with Jonathan Bush, the always entertaining CEO of athenahealth. At this year’s interview, Neil and Jonathan took their interview to the Hard Rock Cafe in downtown Chicago where athenahealth was hosting their party. And the TDWI team was there to film it.

Despite joking around (yeah, that’s Jonathan with his arm around Mick Jagger) and lots of alcohol, the Q&A was serious and informative. The topics ranged from the CommonWell Health Alliance to value-based purchasing with patient engagement (of course) and population health thrown in for good measure.
